Slow Cooker Chicken & Stuffing

A simple, comforting meal made with just a few pantry staples. Tender chicken, creamy sauce, and fluffy stuffing come together effortlessly in the slow cooker!

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box (6 oz / 170 g) stuffing mix
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the water and stir until moistened.
  5. Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  7. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy sauce and stuffing.

Tips

  • Add frozen mixed vegetables or green beans for a complete one-pot meal.
  • Stir in ½ cup sour cream at the end for extra creaminess.
  • Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
