Bacon Wrapped Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Juicy chicken breasts wrapped in crispy bacon, coated with garlic and Parmesan for a rich, savory flavor everyone loves.
Ingredients:
- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 7–9 slices thick-cut bacon (enough to wrap each piece)
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil.
- Prepare chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry. If they are very thick, slice them slightly or pound them to even thickness for better cooking. - Season:
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. - Wrap with bacon:
Wrap each chicken breast tightly with bacon slices and secure with toothpicks if needed. - Bake:
Place in baking dish and bake for 25–35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy. - Optional crisp finish:
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispy bacon (watch closely). - Serve:
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
