Green Herbal Detox Juice
Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 green apples
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1 small piece fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- Ice cubes, optional
Instructions
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut the cucumber, apples, and celery into small pieces.
- Remove the apple seeds if desired.
- Add the spinach, parsley, cucumber, apples, celery, ginger, and lemon to a blender.
- Pour in the cold water or coconut water.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and well combined.
- Strain the juice if you prefer a lighter texture.
- Serve immediately over ice.
