“Pickle Bomb” Keto Bites
Crunchy dill pickles stuffed with creamy cheese, wrapped in crispy bacon, and air-fried until golden perfection… these little bites are dangerously addictive

Ingredients
- 6 whole dill pickles
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
- Toothpicks (optional)
Optional for Serving
- Ranch dressing
- Chopped parsley
- Hot sauce
Instructions
- Prep the Pickles
Slice each pickle in half lengthwise and pat dry with paper towels. - Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning until smooth. - Stuff the Pickles
Spread the cheese mixture inside each pickle half. - Wrap with Bacon
Wrap each stuffed pickle with a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed. - Air Fry
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy. - Serve Hot
Let cool for 2 minutes, then serve with ranch dip.
Tips
- Dry the pickles really well so the bacon crisps properly.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat
- Use turkey bacon for a lighter version.
- These also bake beautifully in the oven at 425°F for about 20 minutes.
