Oven-Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages (Sweet & Savory)
Ingredients (Serves ~4–6)
- 8 sausages — pork or beef (your favorite variety)
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Prep the Sausages
Place the sausages in a baking dish or foil-lined tray in a single layer. - Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together:
honey
soy sauce
olive oil
minced garlic
black pepper
Until smooth and glossy. - Coat and Add Onions
Pour the glaze over the sausages and turn them so they’re evenly coated. Scatter the sliced onions around and over top. - Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages once halfway through so they caramelize on all sides.
Tip: For extra sticky, glossy edges, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end — just keep an eye so the honey doesn’t burn. - Rest & Serve
Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley (if using) and serve warm!
