  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 16 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with butter to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, Italian sausage, and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
