Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together:

- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- Wrap one piece of chicken and one pineapple chunk with half a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange the bites on the baking sheet seam-side down.

- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon becomes crispy and the chicken is fully cooked.
