Low Carb Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, flaxseed, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

Tips

  • Add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, or chopped walnuts for extra texture.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Toast slices before serving for the best flavor.
