Slow Cooker Lemon Blueberry Dump Cake
This easy dessert is bursting with sweet blueberries and fresh lemon flavor, all with just 4 simple ingredients. Perfect for busy days when you want a homemade treat without much effort!
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Optional Extras
- Fresh blueberries
- Lemon zest
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray. - Add the blueberry layer
Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly across the bottom. - Add lemon flavor
Drizzle the lemon juice over the blueberries. - Dump the cake mix
Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly on top. Do not stir. - Pour melted butter
Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much surface as possible. - Cook
Cover and cook on:- High: 2 to 2½ hours
- Low: 4 hours
The top should look set and slightly golden around the edges.
- Serve
Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
