Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower (Easy Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets (medium-sized)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepperYou can also add extra spices like cayenne for heat, parmesan cheese for extra crispiness, or turmeric for color!

Instructions

  1. Prep the cauliflower:
    Wash and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. Season:
    In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, lemon juice (if using), paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until all pieces are evenly coated.
  3. Air fry:
    Place the seasoned florets into the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
    Cook at 400 °F (about 200 °C) for about 12 minutes.
    Shake or flip the florets halfway through to brown evenly.
  4. Check for crispiness:
    Once golden and crispy to your liking, remove from the air fryer.

Serving Tips

Serve warm with your favorite dip — ranch, spicy mayo, tahini, or lemon aioli work great!
Sprinkle parmesan or fresh herbs like parsley on top for extra flavor.
