Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cauliflower

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5–6 minutes until tender. Drain well and let cool slightly.

Place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This step is the secret to crispy tots!

2. Make the Mixture
