Keto Viral Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips

These viral chips turn simple cottage cheese into ultra-crispy, lacy, salty chips with zero flour and very low carbs. Perfect for keto snacking, dipping, or replacing crackers.

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (small curd works best)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, everything bagel seasoning, Italian herbs
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
  2. Line a tray with parchment paper (very important).
  3. Stir the cottage cheese with salt and any seasonings.
  4. Spoon small thin mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the tray.
  5. Use the back of the spoon to spread very thin circles. Thin = crisp.
  6. Bake 30–40 minutes until deep golden brown at the edges.
  7. Remove and let them cool 10–15 minutes — they crisp up as they cool.
  8. Peel off and enjoy.

Tips for Maximum Crisp

  • Thinner spread = crispier chip.
  • Bake until dark golden, not pale.
  • Let cool fully before removing.
  • If still soft, return to oven 5–10 more minutes.
