Cucumber Cream Cheese Bites
These fresh little bites are creamy, crunchy, and perfect for parties, snacks, or low-carb appetizers!
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into thick rounds and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, lemon juice, capers, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spoon or spread the mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
