No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna
Ingredients
For the crust:
- 36 Golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies), crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the cheesecake layer:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)
For the strawberry layer:
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin or pudding mix
- 1 cup boiling water (if using gelatin)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
For the topping:
- 1–2 cups whipped cream
- Extra strawberries (sliced)
- Optional: crushed cookies or white chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Make the crust
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13 dish. Chill for 15–20 minutes. - Prepare cheesecake layer
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. - Add strawberry layer
- If using gelatin: dissolve in boiling water, add cold water, let cool slightly (not set).
- Fold in sliced strawberries, then gently pour/spread over cheesecake layer.
- Top it off
Spread whipped cream on top and decorate with strawberries. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
Tips
- For cleaner layers, let each layer chill a bit before adding the next
- Swap strawberries for raspberries or mixed berries
- Add a drizzle of strawberry sauce for that glossy finish
