  No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

 Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 36 Golden Oreos (or vanilla sandwich cookies), crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (or whipped cream)

For the strawberry layer:

  • 1 box (3 oz) strawberry gelatin or pudding mix
  • 1 cup boiling water (if using gelatin)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced

For the topping:

  • 1–2 cups whipped cream
  • Extra strawberries (sliced)
  • Optional: crushed cookies or white chocolate shavings

 Instructions

  1. Make the crust
    Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13 dish. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Prepare cheesecake layer
    Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Add strawberry layer
    • If using gelatin: dissolve in boiling water, add cold water, let cool slightly (not set).
    • Fold in sliced strawberries, then gently pour/spread over cheesecake layer.
  4. Top it off
    Spread whipped cream on top and decorate with strawberries.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

Tips

  • For cleaner layers, let each layer chill a bit before adding the next
  • Swap strawberries for raspberries or mixed berries
  • Add a drizzle of strawberry sauce for that glossy finish
