Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Corned Beef Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 soft slider buns (Hawaiian-style or dinner rolls, split)
  • 3/4 pound (about 340g) thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 8 ounces (225g) sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick / 115g) unsalted butter, melted

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the buns
    Slice the slider buns in half horizontally (keep them connected if possible).
    Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the filling
    Evenly layer the corned beef over the bottom buns.
    Add the Swiss cheese slices on top of the meat.
  4. Top and butter
    Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
    Brush or pour the melted butter evenly over the tops.
  5. Bake
    Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, until the tops are golden and slightly crispy.
  6. Serve
    Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders. Serve warm.

 Optional Add-Ons (if you want more flavor)

  • Dijon mustard
  • Sauerkraut (for a Reuben-style twist)
  • Garlic powder or onion flakes in the butter
