 Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Sausage Bites

These bite-sized snacks are cheesy, savory, and incredibly easy—perfect for parties, game days, or quick meal prep.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works best, but any melty cheese is fine)
  • 1/2 cup baking mix (low-carb option like almond flour or keto baking mix)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix everything together
    In a large bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheese, and baking mix. Use your hands or a spoon until fully blended.
  3. Form the bites
    Roll the mixture into small balls (about 2.5 cm / 1 inch).
  4. Bake
    Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Cool & serve
    Let them cool slightly—they’ll firm up a bit—then serve warm.

Tips:

  • Want extra flavor? Add garlic powder, paprika, or chili flakes.
  • For ultra-low carb, stick with almond flour instead of regular baking mix.
  • They store well in the fridge and reheat perfectly.
