CHEESY CROCKPOT BEEF & NOODLE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (12 oz) bag egg noodles
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. COOK THE BEEF
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
2. ADD TO CROCKPOT
Transfer the cooked beef to the crockpot.
3. MIX INGREDIENTS
Add corn, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
4. ADD NOODLES
Stir in the uncooked egg noodles, making sure everything is well combined.
5. SLOW COOK
Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, stirring once or twice to prevent sticking.
6. ADD CHEESE
Once the noodles are tender, stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
7. REST & SERVE
Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken, then serve warm.
