Cheesy Chicken Pull-Apart Bread Ring

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated dough (pizza dough or crescent roll dough)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or herbs (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix:
    chicken + mozzarella + cheddar + cream cheese + garlic + seasoning + parsley.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles (if using crescent dough, it’s already pre-cut).
  4. Arrange the triangles in a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the wide ends in the center and points facing outward (like a sun shape).
  5. Spoon the filling evenly around the center ring.
  6. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them underneath to form a ring.
  7. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle extra herbs if desired.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Tips:

  • Add cooked bacon or turkey bacon for extra flavor
  • You can also mix in a little ranch or garlic sauce for a richer taste

Serve warm and let everyone pull apart pieces—super cheesy and satisfying!
