Cheesy Chicken Pull-Apart Bread Ring
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated dough (pizza dough or crescent roll dough)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or herbs (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix:
chicken + mozzarella + cheddar + cream cheese + garlic + seasoning + parsley. - Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles (if using crescent dough, it’s already pre-cut).
- Arrange the triangles in a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the wide ends in the center and points facing outward (like a sun shape).
- Spoon the filling evenly around the center ring.
- Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them underneath to form a ring.
- Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle extra herbs if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Tips:
- Add cooked bacon or turkey bacon for extra flavor
- You can also mix in a little ranch or garlic sauce for a richer taste
