Zero-Carb Cheese Flatbread No Flour
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 egg
- (Optional) pinch of salt or garlic powder
Instructions:
- Melt the cheese
Put the mozzarella + cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for about 30–40 seconds until melted. - Mix
Stir well, then add the egg and mix until smooth. - Shape
Spread the mixture onto baking paper in a thin circle (like a flatbread). - Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 10–12 minutes, until golden. - Cool slightly & enjoy
It becomes firm and flexible—perfect as bread, wrap, or snack.
Tips:
- Add herbs (oregano, parsley) for extra flavor
- Use it as a pizza base or sandwich wrap
- Best eaten warm for a soft texture
Note: It’s very low carb, not 100% zero (cheese still has tiny carbs), but it’s great for low-carb or keto eating.
