Pineapple Crockpot Dessert
Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions:
- Add the frozen pineapple chunks to your crockpot (slow cooker).
- Sprinkle in the sugar and cornstarch, then mix well.
- Cover and cook on High for 2–3 hours, until the pineapple is soft and releases its juices.
- Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens into a sweet, syrupy dessert.

- Optional: top with whipped cream, ice cream, or shredded coconut
