Keto Pepperoni Cream Cheese Pizza Poppers
Ingredients
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Prepare pan: Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Form cups: Place 1 slice of pepperoni into each muffin slot, pressing it down to create a small cup shape.
- Make filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Fill: Spoon the mixture into each pepperoni cup.
- Top: Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top of each one.
- Bake: Cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Cool slightly: Let them sit for 2–3 minutes before removing from the pan.
Tips
- Add a tiny spoon of low-carb pizza sauce inside for extra flavor.
- Sprinkle chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.
- Use turkey pepperoni if you want a lighter option.
