Keto Pepperoni Cream Cheese Pizza Poppers

Ingredients

  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare pan: Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  3. Form cups: Place 1 slice of pepperoni into each muffin slot, pressing it down to create a small cup shape.
  4. Make filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  5. Fill: Spoon the mixture into each pepperoni cup.
  6. Top: Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top of each one.
  7. Bake: Cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  8. Cool slightly: Let them sit for 2–3 minutes before removing from the pan.

Tips

  • Add a tiny spoon of low-carb pizza sauce inside for extra flavor.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.
  • Use turkey pepperoni if you want a lighter option.
