Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- (Optional) ½ cup granola or oats for crunch
- (Optional) chia seeds or lemon zest
Instructions:
- Prepare tray
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Mix yogurt base
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + honey + vanilla until smooth. - Add extras (optional)
Stir in granola, chia seeds, or lemon zest if using. - Add blueberries
Gently fold in blueberries so they stay whole. - Form clusters
Scoop small spoonfuls onto the tray (like little bites). - Freeze
Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid. - Serve
Let sit 2–5 minutes before eating for a softer texture.
