 Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters

 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • (Optional) ½ cup granola or oats for crunch
  • (Optional) chia seeds or lemon zest

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare tray
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix yogurt base
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt + honey + vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add extras (optional)
    Stir in granola, chia seeds, or lemon zest if using.
  4. Add blueberries
    Gently fold in blueberries so they stay whole.
  5. Form clusters
    Scoop small spoonfuls onto the tray (like little bites).
  6. Freeze
    Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
  7. Serve
    Let sit 2–5 minutes before eating for a softer texture.

 Tips:

  • You can keep them in the freezer for up to 1 month
  • For a dessert version: dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate
