Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

 

Ingredients:

  • 500g baby potatoes (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them in halves.
  2. Toss them with olive oil and all the seasonings.
  3. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook at 200°C (about 400°F) for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Shake or flip halfway through cooking.
  6. Once golden and crispy, sprinkle with parsley and serve hot

Tip: Don’t overcrowd the basket this helps them get extra crispy.
