Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 500g baby potatoes (halved)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash the potatoes and cut them in halves.
- Toss them with olive oil and all the seasonings.
- Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 200°C (about 400°F) for 15–20 minutes.
- Shake or flip halfway through cooking.
- Once golden and crispy, sprinkle with parsley and serve hot
Tip: Don’t overcrowd the basket this helps them get extra crispy.
