 Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes

 Ingredients

  • 20 small potatoes (baby or fingerling)
  • 10 slices bacon (cut in half)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Toothpicks

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the potatoes in the mixture until well coated.
  4. Wrap each potato with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  5. Place on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes until potatoes are tender and bacon is crispy.
  7. Serve hot (great with ranch or garlic sauce).

 Tips

  • Use small potatoes so they cook faster and evenly.
  • Flip them halfway through baking for extra crispiness.
  • You can add honey or BBQ sauce for a sweet-smoky flavor twist.
