🌮🧁 TACO CUPCAKES 

 MAIN INGREDIENTS

  •  Ground beef: 1 lb
  •  Taco seasoning: 1 packet
  •  Black beans: 1 can
  •  Cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  •  Green onions: 3, chopped
  •  Won ton wrappers: 24

 INSTRUCTIONS

 1. PREP THE OVEN

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

 2. COOK THE MEAT

Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

 3. SEASON IT

Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions. Remove from heat.

 4. BUILD THE CUPS

Press a won ton wrapper into each muffin cup, letting edges hang over.

Layer:

  • spoonful of taco meat
  • spoonful of black beans
  • sprinkle of cheddar cheese
  • chopped green onions

 5. FORM & BAKE

Fold wrapper edges over the filling to form a cupcake shape.

Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

 6. COOL & SERVE

Let cool a few minutes, then remove from pan.

 SERVE WITH

Salsa   Sour cream Guacamole
