Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese
    Blend or mash the cottage cheese until smooth (this helps create a soft dough).
  3. Make the dough
    In a bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese, flour, and honey until a soft dough forms.
  4. Shape the bites
    Take small portions of dough and roll them into balls (about 12 pieces).
  5. Add cinnamon coating
    Sprinkle or roll each ball in ground cinnamon until evenly coated.
  6. Bake
    Place the bites on the tray and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  7. Cool & serve
    Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm
