Loaded Scalloped Potatoes
Creamy, cheesy layers of tender potatoes loaded with crispy bacon and topped with melty goodness—this rich and indulgent side dish is pure comfort in every bite.

Ingredients:
2 lbs russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish with butter.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. Add heavy cream and milk, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat until warm but not boiling.
4. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish.
5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the cheddar, mozzarella, and bacon.
6. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, cream, cheese, and bacon.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake an additional 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chives before serving.
