 Pizza Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 32 oz refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
  • 6 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9×13 baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare Biscuit Pieces:
    Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add Cheese & Pepperoni:
    Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices to the biscuit pieces. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Season & Butter:
    In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning. Pour over the biscuit mixture and toss again to coat all pieces.
  5. Assemble in Pan:
    Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Press down slightly so it sticks together.
  6. Bake:
    Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool & Serve:
    Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes. Serve warm by pulling apart the pieces—perfect for dipping in marinara sauce!
