Pizza Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 32 oz refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
- 6 oz pepperoni, sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or 9×13 baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. - Prepare Biscuit Pieces:
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place them in a large mixing bowl. - Add Cheese & Pepperoni:
Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices to the biscuit pieces. Toss gently to coat evenly. - Season & Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning. Pour over the biscuit mixture and toss again to coat all pieces. - Assemble in Pan:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Press down slightly so it sticks together. - Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. - Cool & Serve:
Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes. Serve warm by pulling apart the pieces—perfect for dipping in marinara sauce!
