Creamy Chia Pudding Healthy No‑Cook Dessert
Ingredients
For the Pudding Base
- 1/4 cup (40 g) chia seeds
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk (almond, dairy, coconut, or any preferred type)
- 2–3 tsp honey or maple syrup (or any natural sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Flavors and Toppings
- Fresh fruits (berries, banana, strawberries)
- Nuts or raisins
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Base
- In a bowl or jar, add chia seeds.
- Pour in the milk.
- Add honey or maple syrup.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
2. Chill
- Cover the container and refrigerate.
- Let it sit at least 4 hours or overnight until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
3. Serve
- Stir the pudding once more before serving.
- Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or any other desired toppings.
Tips
- If the pudding is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk to loosen the consistency.
- Adjust the sweetness to taste by reducing or increasing honey or syrup.
