Slow Cooker Buttered Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg baby red potatoes, washed
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), cut into pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh)
  • Optional: grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and keep them whole.
  2. Place the potatoes in the slow cooker.
  3. Add the butter pieces on top of the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until fork-tender.
  6. Stir gently to coat the potatoes in the melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top before serving (optional).
