Grandpa’s 3-Ingredient Meatball Bites

Grandpa’s 3-Ingredient Meatball Bites

 Ingredients

  • 1 bag (about 24–32 oz) frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup chili sauce

 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine the grape jelly and chili sauce. Stir well until the mixture becomes smooth and fully blended.
  2. Add the Meatballs
Place the frozen meatballs into a slow cooker (crockpot). Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently stir to coat them evenly.
  3. Cook
    Cover and cook on:

    • Low heat for 4–5 hours, or
    • High heat for 2–3 hours

Stir occasionally to ensure the meatballs are well coated and heated through.

  4. Serve
Once hot and glazed, serve immediately. These meatball bites are perfect as an appetizer or party snack. You can serve them with toothpicks for easy grabbing.

 Tips

  • You can substitute chili sauce with barbecue sauce for a sweeter, smokier flavor.
  • Add a pinch of garlic powder or a splash of hot sauce if you want extra depth.
  • Keep them warm in the slow cooker during parties.

 Serving Ideas

  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes for a quick meal
  • Pair with sliders or small buns for mini sandwiches
  • Great for game days, potlucks, or holiday gathering
