BAKED CAJUN SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp thyme leaves
- ¼ tsp ground oregano
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- Place shrimp in a mixing bowl. Add the oil, cover, and gently shake until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix all spices and herbs together. Add to the shrimp.
- Cover and shake again until shrimp are fully coated with seasoning.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges.
