BAKED CAJUN SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme leaves
  • ¼ tsp ground oregano

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. Place shrimp in a mixing bowl. Add the oil, cover, and gently shake until evenly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix all spices and herbs together. Add to the shrimp.
  4. Cover and shake again until shrimp are fully coated with seasoning.
  5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
