Orange Creamsicle Pie

Orange Creamsicle Pie

A refreshing, creamy, no-bake dessert with that classic orange-vanilla flavor—just like a creamsicle!

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) orange gelatin (like Jell-O)
  • ⅔ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 container (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Instructions

  1. Make the crust
    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the orange layer
    • In a bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water.
    • Stir until fully dissolved, then add cold water.
    • Let it cool to room temperature (do not let it fully set).
  3. Make the creamy filling
    • Whisk the vanilla yogurt into the cooled gelatin.
    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Assemble the pie
    • Pour the filling into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  5. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Serve
    • Slice and serve chilled.
    • Optional: top with whipped cream or orange zest for extra flavor.

Tips

  • For a stronger orange flavor, add a little orange zest.
  • You can freeze it for a firmer, ice-cream-like texture.
  • Use a store-bought crust to save time.
