Cheeseburger Burrito (Animal Style)

Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked French fries (crispy)
- 4 large flour tortillas
Animal-Style Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the onions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add chopped onions and cook until soft and caramelized (about 8–10 minutes). Set aside.
- Cook the beef
- In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Make the sauce
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and vinegar until smooth.
- Warm the tortillas
- Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft and easy to fold.
- Assemble the burritos
- Lay out each tortilla.
- Add a layer of ground beef, caramelized onions, fries, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle generously with the animal-style sauce.
- Wrap and toast
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito.
- Toast seam-side down in a skillet until golden and crispy on all sides.
- Serve
