 Air Fryer Grilled Cheese Sandwich

 Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
  • 2–3 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or American)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or mayonnaise)

 Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread
    Spread butter (or mayo) on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Assemble the sandwich
    • Place one slice of bread butter side down
    • Add cheese on top
    • Cover with the second slice, butter side up
  3. Air fry
    • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350–370°F)
    • Place sandwich in the basket
    • Cook for 4 minutes
  4. Flip & finish
    • Flip the sandwich carefully
    • Cook another 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy
  5. Serve
    Remove, slice, and enjoy while hot!

 Tips

  • Use thick bread for better crunch
  • Add extras like tomato, ham, or bacon for variation
  • Don’t overload cheese or it may leak out
  • Cooking time is usually under 10 minutes total
