Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n
Add the broccoli with a small splash of water.<\/p>\n

Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set aside.<\/p>\n
Add the remaining olive oil to the same skillet.<\/p>\n
