Baked until golden and bubbly, these delicious seafood roll-ups make an easy dinner, party appetizer, or irresistible snack!<\/p>\n<h1>INGREDIENTS<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped<\/li>\n<li>8 oz (225 g) lump crab meat, drained<\/li>\n<li>6 large flour tortillas<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 bell pepper, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 red onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon fajita seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon fresh lime juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>INSTRUCTIONS<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to <strong>375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped shrimp and cook for 2\u20133 minutes, until they begin to turn pink.<\/li>\n<li>Add the sliced bell pepper, red onion, and minced garlic.
