These mini sandwiches are perfect for dinner, parties, game day, or a fun family meal!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<h3>For the Beef Filling<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb (450 g) ground beef<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon butter or olive oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd small onion, finely diced<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ketchup<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon paprika<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon onion powder<\/li>\n<li>Salt and black pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>For the Biscuits<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 biscuits)<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Garlic Butter Topping<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tablespoons melted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (or \u00bd teaspoon dried parsley)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Prepare the Beef<\/h3>\n<p>Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 3\u20134 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain any excess grease.<\/p>\n<p>Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2\u20133 more minutes, then remove from the heat.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Assemble<\/h3>\n<p>Place half of the biscuit rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle a little shredded cheddar cheese on each bottom biscuit.<\/p>\n<p>Add about 2 tablespoons of the cooked beef mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Top with a little more cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Cover with the remaining biscuit rounds and pinch the edges lightly to help seal.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Add Garlic Butter<\/h3>\n<p>Mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and parsley.<\/p>\n<p>Brush the tops of the biscuits generously with the garlic butter mixture.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Bake<\/h3>\n<p>Bake for <strong>15\u201318 minutes<\/strong>, or until the biscuits are puffed and deep golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>If desired, broil for 1\u20132 minutes at the end for extra color.<\/p>\n<h3>6.
