Make the biscuits<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to <strong>220\u00b0C (425\u00b0F)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Cut in cold butter until mixture looks crumbly.<\/li>\n<li>Add buttermilk and mix just until dough forms (don\u2019t overmix).<\/li>\n<li>Roll out gently and cut biscuits.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for <strong>12\u201315 minutes<\/strong> until golden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>2.
