Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Scramble the eggs until just cooked.
