{"id":5450,"date":"2026-05-26T10:04:54","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T10:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recipes.ukbiddingdirectory.com\/?p=5450"},"modified":"2026-05-26T10:04:54","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T10:04:54","slug":"walking-taco-casserole-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.ukbiddingdirectory.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/26\/walking-taco-casserole-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Walking Taco Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Walking Taco Casserole<\/h1>\n<p>A cheesy, crunchy taco bake loaded with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and crispy Doritos \u2014 the ultimate comfort food casserole!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb ground beef<\/li>\n<li>1 packet taco seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 bag nacho cheese Doritos, lightly crushed<\/li>\n<li>1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained<\/li>\n<li>1 can black beans, drained and rinsed<\/li>\n<li>1 cup corn<\/li>\n<li>2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1 can cream of chicken soup<\/li>\n<li>2 green onions, sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li>In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water.
