Break the meat apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.<\/li>\n<li>Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, and water. Stir everything together until well combined.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and cook on LOW for 4\u20136 hours or HIGH for 2\u20133 hours.
