Perfect for dinner, game night, or whenever you need something extra satisfying<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb (450g) ground beef<\/li>\n<li>3 cups frozen tater tots<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp chili powder<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; black pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>6 large flour tortillas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sour cream (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup salsa or taco sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp butter or oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Bake the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy and golden.<\/li>\n<li>In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
