Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or weekend brunch!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6 strips bacon, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 bell pepper, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>6 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp milk<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; black pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>4 large flour tortillas<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp butter or oil<\/li>\n<li>Optional: salsa, avocado, hot sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cook the bacon<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels. Leave a little bacon grease in the pan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saut\u00e9 the veggies<\/strong><br \/>\nAdd diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet.
