Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook slowly for 10\u201312 minutes until caramelized. Stir in garlic and thyme and cook for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add sausage meat to the pan and cook until browned. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture cool slightly.<\/p>\n<p>3. Stir in cream cheese and mozzarella until well combined.<\/p>\n<p>4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles. Spoon the sausage filling along one side and roll tightly to seal.<\/p>\n<p>5. Slice into bite-sized rolls and place on a lined baking tray. Brush with beaten egg.<\/p>\n<p>6. Bake at 200\u00b0C (390\u00b0F) for 20\u201325 minutes until puffed and golden brown.<\/p>\n<p>7.
