Prepare the filling:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in garlic, then add ground beef and cook until browned.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.<\/li>\n<li>Add cream cheese and shredded cheese, stir until melted and creamy. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2.
