Season lightly with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add the chicken<\/strong><br \/>\nLay the chicken breasts or thighs on top of the potatoes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Make the creamy garlic sauce<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pour &amp; top<\/strong><br \/>\nPour the sauce evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
