Trim excess fat if needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Season<\/strong><br \/>\nRub the pork all over with sea salt. Make small slits and insert garlic cloves inside (optional).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add flavor<\/strong><br \/>\nPlace the pork in the slow cooker.
