Make the Crust<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix flour and salt in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Cut in cold butter until mixture looks like crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Add cold water gradually until dough forms.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out and place into a pie dish.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) for 12\u201315 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>2. Make the Lemon Filling<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In a saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, flour, and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly whisk in water until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbling.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, beat egg yolks, then slowly whisk in a bit of hot mixture (to temper).<\/li>\n<li>Return yolk mixture to pan and cook 2 more minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and stir in butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into baked crust.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>3.
