No-Bake Biscuit Cake (Ready in Minutes!<\/p>\n
A super easy, chocolatey, crunchy dessert with no oven needed. Perfect when you want something quick and delicious!<\/p>\n
300 g plain tea biscuits (Marie \/ Petit Beurre \/ Digestive)
\n100 g unsalted butter
\n\u00bd cup granulated sugar
\n\u00bc cup unsweetened cocoa powder
\n\u00bd cup milk
\n1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
\nPinch of salt
\nOptional add-ins:
\nChopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, peanuts)
\nShredded coconut
\nChocolate chips
\nRaisins or dates<\/p>\n
Break the biscuits
\nBreak the biscuits by hand into medium pieces (not powder). Set aside in a large bowl.
\nPrepare the chocolate sauce
\nIn a saucepan over medium heat, add:
\nButter
\nSugar
\nCocoa powder
\nMilk
\nSalt
\nStir continuously until the butter melts and the mixture becomes smooth.
\nRemove from heat and add vanilla if using.
\nCombine
\nPour the warm chocolate mixture over the broken biscuits.
\nAdd any optional ingredients you like.
\nMix gently until everything is well coated.
\nShape the cake
\nLine a loaf pan or bowl with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
\nPress the mixture firmly into the pan and smooth the top.
\nChill
\nRefrigerate for 2\u20133 hours (or 30\u201340 minutes in the freezer) until firm.<\/p>\n
Remove from the pan, slice, and enjoy!

For a less sweet version, reduce sugar to \u2153 cup and use dark cocoa.
